About Natalie: Natalie brings more than 25 years of coding and auditing experience to QualCode. Prior to forming QualCode, she served in many roles, including clinical reimbursement manager, compliance auditor for the Institutional Review Board, senior medical record analyst, outpatient coding coordinator, and adjunct professor. She holds a graduate degree from New York University Wagner School of Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Touro College.

Specialties: ER coding, wound care coding, coding for interventional radiology, coding for injections and infusions, diagnosis-related group (DRG) validation, ambulatory payment classification (APC) validation, charge description master (CDM) reviews, health information management (HIM) consolidation, HIM management, clinical documentation improvement (CDI) program expansion, cost outliers, and third-party payer denials
