The Post-January 30th Landscape: Navigating the Telehealth "Cliff"
The temporary extension of Medicare telehealth flexibilities, granted by the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act of 2026, is set to expire on January 30, 2026. Unless Congress acts again, the industry will face a significant shift as many pandemic-era rules revert to pre-COVID statutory requirements.
