A graduate of New York University's Wagner School of Public Administration, with a Bachelor’s degree from Touro College, Natalie’s career has spanned pivotal roles, from Clinical Reimbursement Manager to Senior Medical Record Analyst and Adjunct Professor. In these positions, she honed her ability to blend clinical insight with operational efficiency, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how health information impacts hospital revenue cycles.

In 1999, Natalie founded QualCode, realizing a long-term goal to create a company dedicated to achieving revenue integrity for healthcare providers. What began as a solo endeavor has evolved into a powerhouse organization with over 30 specialized professionals. Today, QualCode, serves over 15 hospitals and physician practices nationwide delivering cutting-edge medical coding and auditing services that help clients ensure revenue integrity and compliance.

Natalie’s leadership is defined by her commitment to delivering tailored, flexible solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers. Her exceptional focus on client satisfaction has positioned QualCode as the go-to partner for healthcare facilities nationwide.

Her influence extends beyond her business success. A dynamic leader who splits her time between Harlem, New York, and West Orange, New Jersey, Natalie is deeply rooted in her community and is a proud member of Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem. Passionate about giving back, she is currently establishing a nonprofit organization to empower women through financial literacy education—a cause close to her heart.

In her personal time, Natalie enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in her love for food and fashion. As she continues to lead QualCode into its next chapter of innovation and impact, her vision remains clear: to elevate healthcare standards, empower providers, and shape the future of health information management.

About Ivore: Ivore brings over a decade of business administration experience to QualCode. She is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the company. Ivore directs the functions of all team players to ensure successful implementation, execution, and completion of all projects. She works closely with clients, management, and staff to ensure that all client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

About Delia: Delia R. Siebenhausen, RHIT, CCS, is a seasoned health information management leader with more than 24 years of progressive experience spanning coding, clinical documentation integrity, and the full revenue cycle. She is recognized for her deep expertise in coding accuracy, compliance oversight, and operational excellence across diverse healthcare environments.

As Director of Coding Integrity and Compliance, Delia leverages her broad industry knowledge and hands‑on leadership style to drive coding quality, optimize workflows, and support accurate, defensible documentation that reflects the true complexity of patient care. Client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Specialties: Delia’s strengths extend across clinical documentation improvement, denial prevention and management, and the development of coding integrity strategies that support organizational financial health and regulatory compliance. She is known for her ability to bridge gaps between coding, CDI, compliance, and operational stakeholders—ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustainable performance.
