A graduate of New York University's Wagner School of Public Administration, with a Bachelor’s degree from Touro College, Natalie’s career has spanned pivotal roles, from Clinical Reimbursement Manager to Senior Medical Record Analyst and Adjunct Professor. In these positions, she honed her ability to blend clinical insight with operational efficiency, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how health information impacts hospital revenue cycles.

In 1999, Natalie founded QualCode, realizing a long-term goal to create a company dedicated to achieving revenue integrity for healthcare providers. What began as a solo endeavor has evolved into a powerhouse organization with over 30 specialized professionals. Today, QualCode, serves over 15 hospitals and physician practices nationwide delivering cutting-edge medical coding and auditing services that help clients ensure revenue integrity and compliance.

Natalie’s leadership is defined by her commitment to delivering tailored, flexible solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers. Her exceptional focus on client satisfaction has positioned QualCode as the go-to partner for healthcare facilities nationwide.

Her influence extends beyond her business success. A dynamic leader who splits her time between Harlem, New York, and West Orange, New Jersey, Natalie is deeply rooted in her community and is a proud member of Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem. Passionate about giving back, she is currently establishing a nonprofit organization to empower women through financial literacy education—a cause close to her heart.

In her personal time, Natalie enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in her love for food and fashion. As she continues to lead QualCode into its next chapter of innovation and impact, her vision remains clear: to elevate healthcare standards, empower providers, and shape the future of health information management.

Ivore Cross brings 15 years of business administration and healthcare operations experience to QualCode. As Director of Operations, she is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational functions across the organization. Ivore oversees multiple coding, DRG validation, and audit engagements, ensuring the successful implementation, execution, and completion of projects for clients nationwide.

She directs the efforts of internal teams, subcontractors, and coding professionals to maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Ivore works closely with clients, leadership, and staff to ensure that expectations are not only met, but consistently exceeded. Her responsibilities include project planning, staffing strategies, vendor coordination, performance tracking, and client reporting, as well as the development of scalable operational processes.

Ivore plays a key role in financial and operational analysis, using data-driven insights to monitor project performance, support decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.
