Natalie Williams, MPA, RHIA

Founder and President

With almost two decades of healthcare reimbursement experience, Natalie knows her clients’ needs. She has built a career on understanding healthcare financial services, from monitoring federal and state regulatory changes to designing quality-control systems for coding and compliance. This in-depth knowledge contributes to QualCode’s success in appealing third-party denials.

Natalie’s hands-on approach to customer service ensures client satisfaction. She selects and matches the right personnel to each assignment, enabling QualCode to fit seamlessly within client operations.

Natalie maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), the Health Information Management Association of New York City (HIMANYC), the New York Health Information Management Association (NYHIMA), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management from Touro College in New York and a master’s from the Wagner School of Public Administration at New York University.
